These terms govern your use of BabyWean, a free service provided by DR TECHNOLOGY, S.L. (tax ID B44720969), Calle Benet Mateu 30, 7º 2ª, 08034 Barcelona, Spain. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
BabyWean lets you record the foods your baby tries and browse a list of first foods. It is free, offered as is, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Not medical advice
BabyWean is a diary and a list of general information. It does not provide medical, nutritional or safety advice and does not replace your paediatrician. You are responsible for how you prepare and introduce each food. If your baby has a reaction, seek medical help.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for what is recorded with your account. You can delete it at any time from the app menu.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts, overload or attack the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of the information in BabyWean. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
